The Partnership of Sátori and Lutter Law Firms has long been present in the Budapest business environment with its members having an extensive professional experience of more than a hundred years combined, providing its Clients the highest quality legal services available.
The Founding Partners have been practising since the 1980s, and established STL Law Firm in the heart of Budapest in the business district, near major banks, ministries and courts where the Law Firm has been operating ever since. Throughout the past decades, the Founding Partners managed to adapt to the ever-changing business environment but at the same time remained faithful to their primary goal of protecting the Clients’ interests by all legal means. This philosophy is present in every aspect of the Law Firm’s services, whether it is a cross-border corporate transaction or a contract of a private person.
Since the beginning, multiple generations of the best young lawyers have improved their skills and expertise within the Partnership. The team is committed to provide comprehensive services to the Clients, overseeing the changes and challenges of the 2020s, involving external experts if required by the complexity of the matter. We strongly believe in proactive approach; if entrusted with a long term engagement we are committed to advise our Clients on any upcoming regulatory changes, considering their demands and objectives, giving them heads-up regarding the changing legal environment.
The Partnership consists of several qualified attorneys, junior associates, paralegals as well as financial and administrative personnel, and we are working in close cooperation with tax and accounting advisors to complement our range of services. Each of the attorneys masters either the English or the German language, but we liaise with professional translators as external contractors as well.

A significant number of the companies established through the Law Firm became a successful, leading business – many of them still represented by the Partnership.
