Our Law Firm provides legal services for the tenderer during the preparation of tenders. We also represent the principal in the procedure by preparing the call for tender and the tender documentation. Our Law Firm acts as a representative on behalf of both the principals and the tenderers in remedial procedures before the Public Procurement Committee of the Public Procurement Council.
