During our long term cooperation with clients we have gained experience in antitrust cases. As some of our clients are market leaders, the existence of dominant position in the market is very often to be analysed. When determining our clients’ market behaviour, the entire contract scheme (e.g. service contracts, distribution agreements) of the given company shall be taken into account from the perspective of anti-dominance regulations. We also represent our clients before competition authorities in relation to merger controls.
